And in other animal-GPS news, here’s a GPS pet locator that retails for around $200. If your pet leaves a defined home zone, you’ll be notified and given directions to its whereabouts.

Here’s a story about a nature preserve that is encouraging geocaching. Unfortunately, the story misses the point of geocaching and focuses on the idea of “prizes.” Argh.
